1. Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing or using ChimneyHopper.com, browsing this website, or purchasing any service offered through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who books or purchases services from ChimneyHopper.com, operated by Jeff Perryman (sole proprietor), Georgia, USA.

2. Services

ChimneyHopper.com offers the following entertainment services:

In-Person Appearances. Live Santa performances for private events, corporate gatherings, community events, schools, holiday parties, and similar engagements.
Virtual Visits. Live online Santa visits conducted via video conference for individuals, families, and groups.
Personalized Video Messages. Pre-recorded, custom video messages from Santa Jeff, personalized with recipient details provided by the customer at checkout.

3. Booking Policy

Free Consultation. In-person and virtual event bookings begin with a no-obligation evaluation. Prospective clients may use the Calendly scheduling links embedded on this site to request a consultation at no charge. Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Confirmed Bookings. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the quoted fee. ChimneyHopper.com books events on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not held or reserved until payment is received.

Quoted Fees. All pricing is provided as a custom quote based on event type, duration, location, and other relevant factors. Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of issuance.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment. Full payment is due at the time of booking confirmation. We accept payment through our designated payment processor as presented at checkout.

Refunds. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where ChimneyHopper.com approves a release of the reserved date and time at its sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date, regardless of circumstance.

Rescheduling. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made with reasonable advance notice. ChimneyHopper.com will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling but does not guarantee alternative availability.

5. Video Message Services

Delivery. Personalized video messages are delivered via a private link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are strongly encouraged to download and retain their video upon receipt.

Archival. ChimneyHopper.com will make reasonable efforts to retain customer video files; however, we do not guarantee the permanent availability or archival of any video file. ChimneyHopper.com is not liable for the loss, expiration, or unavailability of a video file after it has been delivered.

Turnaround. Video messages are typically delivered within 48 hours of order submission. Turnaround times may vary during peak holiday periods.

6. Performance Standards and Content Restrictions

Santa Jeff Perryman performs exclusively as a traditional, family-friendly Santa Claus character. The following restrictions apply to all services, including personalized video messages, in-person appearances, and virtual visits:

Santa Jeff will not perform, reference, or engage with political content of any kind.
Santa Jeff will not perform content that is controversial, offensive, adult in nature, or inconsistent with the traditional character of Santa Claus.
Any wishes, scripts, talking points, or personal notes submitted by a customer that fall outside these boundaries will be omitted or modified at Santa Jeff’s sole discretion. No refund will be issued on this basis.

ChimneyHopper.com reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking or order that conflicts with these standards. In the event of a cancellation initiated by ChimneyHopper.com for this reason, a full refund will be issued.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jeff Perryman, ChimneyHopper.com, and any associated agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of this website or its services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content or information you submit in connection with a booking or order; or (d) any event, venue, or circumstance beyond ChimneyHopper.com’s reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChimneyHopper.com and Jeff Perryman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service purchased through ChimneyHopper.com shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

ChimneyHopper.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
